My first step to assisting my client is to make sure I have all of my client’s personal and driving or property information.  I’ll ask you questions to ensure I understand your needs.  I’ll then offer some advice on how I can help you and explain the difference between brokers and direct writers.  With all of the info I’ve collected I am able to give a quote.  Finally I present the quote along with various options such as higher deductible to reduce rates.
